Palmenhaus Café in Gutersloh

Super rude service, a slightly younger, dark haired lady. Very bad and rude.

Unfriendly staff, I left after the third "I'll be with you" after 10 minutes.

We went there for coffee today. The staff friendly but obviously overworked. Tables were not cleared and when they were they were not disinfected. Coffee stains and crumbs were on the tables. Actually, there shouldn't be any menus on the tables and these would also have to be disinfected. It would be nice if that changed. Sincerely, Maggy Hundertmark

Messy and overwhelmed even though it wasn't very busy there. You wait and wait and are not served. The tables were not cleared, let alone cleaned. At the next table, people asked the waitress to be able to place an order. I can't think of it, then you just go somewhere else .....

Very nice service and good cake in the middle of the botanical garden.

Very delicious cakes and great seating with palm trees, there is delicious coffee and the prices are okay. Many indoor and outdoor seating options And wheelchair accessible, small toy corner for children and nice staff,)

Good range of cakes, nicely located

Nice cafe in a good location, the few times we were there we were satisfied with the staff and the goods offered. Strangely enough, however, the slightly older women and men stand out negatively when it is not fast enough to place orders or pay (as a side note). That it can be a bit more tense at peak times (should) be clear to everyone. As already noted, the dishes were always OK.

Actually a great location, in the middle of the park. Coffee was delicious, cake was a bit sticky. Unfriendly, poorly informed service. Didn't know what the opening times were. Wanted to ask us out until it was clear that it was still open. Very strange. Afterwards people were still served, others were told that it was closed. Actually a cool location with a good map, but bad service can also destroy it ...

I was there for the first time today and I say one thing again! I find the service to be rather unappealing and the cake tasted quite old. We felt very uncomfortable, nice area but the café ??

Super breakfast, my husband and I say "small but nice". It is a very clear breakfast buffet but a little bit of everything. Service was also super friendly. Always happy.

Unfortunately we had to wait for our order forever, which then came twice wrong, the service was friendly but overwhelmed. On such strong days you shouldn't save on staff, then you would come back as a guest.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding there on Saturday. What can I say, it just fit everything !!! We expressed in advance small wishes, which were fulfilled without further ado and that without extra charge. The food tasted great and the staff in the kitchen and behind the counter were very helpful. I would recommend the Palmhaus Café to my friends.

Today we were with four women in the stylishly furnished Palmenhaus Café. The look invites, a great cake selection. The baked potato tastes good. The service catastrophic. There were exactly two tables occupied. After the first order we wanted to order a piece of cake including coffee. We were completely ignored. When we got up by ourselves to reorder at the counter, we were told to sit down again, since the order is finally at the table. Concept good, card good, service not good. Please improve, then we will gladly come back.

Wonderfully located and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, unimaginative and minimalist cake selection. The staff is very friendly, but if you get the coffee served to a not wiped outdoor table, it does not seem very inviting. And to wait 45 minutes for a simple waffle is just too long ... there was the coffee cold ... because you can certainly improve

Really nice location. But in summer it gets very warm very quickly in this "glasshouse". Some chairs are not suitable for proppere persons because very narrow. Definitely worth a trip, if you want to make an appointment on Sunday afternoon.

Awesome breakfast buffet, child friendly, but too crowded.

As a locality it is really nice. Surrounded by all the plants, it is also very idyllic, especially in the outdoor area. The service was very friendly, but we had to wait a while for coffee and ice, although very few guests were there. For larger meals we will therefore refrain from any subsequent visits.

Nicee

Nice cafe with colorful decor and great views. Also bookable for celebrations. Were here just a cappucino with waffle and smoothie drink. It was delicious. Price also ok.

Great place to sit outside and enjoy a beer or ice cream.

Fear the walking dead. Quite good cafe and delicious cake. Furnishing could be more coherent. Unfortunately very, very full. Unfortunately, what definitely makes no sense is that you have to order the cake at the front of the counter but everything else at the table. Today it was relatively cloudy and it was okay to sit inside. On a sunny day you are grilled in the old greenhouse.

Its a decent place, all i can say...
